In this manuscript letter Rigby provides an account of his progress carrying out tasks and errands on Owen's behalf. This includes forwarding Owen a number of newspapers and arranging for a number of Owen's parcels to be delivered. Rigby also consents to [Owen's] request to meet Colonel Clinton and provide him with information on the "New Views". However, he is unconvinced of Clinton's ability to put them into action and here lay downs for Owen's benefit his detailed ideas of what he should do, but doubts he will.
The letter closes with Rigby stating that he fears he is getting into one of his "usual letters" when really he has nothing to report so shall say good night.
