Letter from James Rigby to Robert Owen

Scope and Content

In this manuscript letter Rigby provides an account of his progress carrying out tasks and errands on Owen's behalf. This includes arranging for Owen's parcels to be delivered to the Queen and the Prince Consort at Buckingham Palace and also the King of Belgium. However, they would not receive the Prince of Wales, and Rigby was told instead to take them to White Lodge, Richmond.
