In this manuscript letter Rigby refers to Owen's publication the New Existence of Man on Earth; Miss Andrews has been sent a copy of vol. 4, Owen should find enclosed 12 copies of No.5 and the Athenium sent a note acknowledging receipt of No.5.

The remainder of the letter recalls on the recent activities of a number of Owen's associates including [Henry] Travis and [William] Pare and [George] Fleming.
