In this manuscript letter Rigby provides an account of his progress carrying out tasks and errands on Owen's behalf. Forwarding newspapers to Owen, forwarding a parcel to [Alexander] Campbell, taking Owen's letters and parcels to Queen Victoria's residence and also to the Belgium Embassy are noted.
