Scope and Content

In this manuscript letter Rigby provides Owen with an update of the progress he has made with tasks carried out on Owen's behalf. This includes forwarding Owen copies of the Leader, Reasoner, Political Economist and Free Press Christian Spiritualist newspapers.

Also present, a Yearly Report of the Working Men's Collage, 31 Red Lion Square, London and an Address of the Students to the Principle, Council of Teachers, and Secretary of the same institution. The Report outlines the reasons the College was established, the progress it has made through what was its first year in operation and a list of those who donated.
