To S P Frankel [Stanley Phillips Frankel, 1919-1978, American computer scientist], thanks for copy of Hebb's book [unclear if this is D O Hebb, The organization of behavior: a neuropsychological theory (1949)]. Says the "delivery of machine is very much behind what we expected in February", [presumably the Ferranti Mark I] expects to be available in June, when it will be "rather hectic" and asks if could postpone his visit to the end of that month.
