Scope and Content

Mr Churchill writes concerning the Preferential Tariff Reform controversy. He writes concerning matters surrounding the subject of free trade in his constituency. He also writes that the Birmingham Tariff Committee has been in communication with separate work committees and officials of the unions clubs underneath the central [Unionist] party organisation.
