Lord Lansdowne writes concerning Irish Land policy. He writes that he suspects a possible clause drawn up to suspend evictions would do more harm than good and gives his reasons for this. He further writes of his concerns surrounding non-payment of rents by tenants. He writes that Beach has spoken to him as to the necessity of concerted action on behalf of the landlords. Sent from Meikleour, Perthshire.
