Harry Osborne graduated from the University of Manchester (MB ChB 1899, MD 1902, DPH 1907). He was MOH for Salford from 1922 to 1941. Osborne was a member of Manchester Medical Society and MPS. Osborne died on 21 June 1959, aged 83.
