Scope and Content

Lord Derby writes concerning the political crisis surrounding the resignation of Sir Randolph Churchill. He writes offering his support to SCC should he want "a conference of your friends". He writes giving his reasons against a coalition, his opinion on Churchill and his resignation. He further writes concerning the Anti-Russian Alliance and that any support for Irish policy should not be seen as support for another foreign policy which "may lead straight to another Crimean War".
