Lord Wodehouse writes to SCC regarding the Irish militia. He writes that it would not be safe to train them as as a majority cannot be trusted. He informs SCC that he would have written sooner but the changes at the War Office prevented him from doing so. Sent from: The Castle, date stamped 18 Feb.
