Rothschild writes to SCC regarding the Carr & Hoare's Memorial. He writes that Carr are setting up a memorial in Gibraltar and that these gentlemen would not have taken charge if their friends had not suffered injustice. There is an endorsement written in red ink which reads"Baron Lionel de Rothschild M.P. 17/5 [posted] 18/5/66. [Business] of Carr & Hoare's memorial".
