Property: several fields in Sinderland to. Dunham Massey, formerly part of Cockridge Moss but now enclosed and improved (2 a. 1 r. 28 p.), now in the occupation of (1), which premises were part of an estate for lives granted to John Timperley dec'd by lease dated 6 January 1803 [EGR14/2/7/468 above].

John Timperley dec'd devised his estate to (3) for 99 years in trust that they mortgage, sell or otherwise dispose of 12 acres thereof in order to discharge his debts, funeral expenses and legacies. (1) mortgaged the 12 acres to (2) for £500, which sum is now due for repayment.

(1) has contracted to sell other parcels of the 12 acres to James Warburton yeo and Nathaniel Timperley yeo, and now (2) & (3), at the request of (1), surrender to (4) the above property, in order to extinguish the trust estate.

Consideration: £250 from (4) to (1).
