Property: fields and parcels of land in Sinderland, formerly part of Cockridge Moss but since enclosed and improved (5 a. 15 p.), late in the holding of George Timperley and then in the occupation of (2).

(1), by the appointment of (2), surrender to (3) a lease of the above property, dated 6 January 1803, granted to John Timperley [EGR14/2/7/468], to enable (3) to grant a new lease to (1).

The property was previously conveyed to (2) [see EGR14/2/7/469 above], who mortgaged the premises to George Pearson dec'd by deeds dated 1-2 March 1819. The principal of £500 and interest remain unpaid.
