Manuscript letter informing Rigby that he is sending a parcel for Dr [Travis] but has arranged for Mr Cotter to collect it [as Rigby is ill]. Owen goes on to say that he is pleased to see his advertisement in various newspapers and asks Rigby to enquire of the cost of advertising in The Telegraph. He also asks Rigby to find out the cost of putting his Proclamation and address in The Times.
