Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Manuscript letter asking Rigby to send documents and papers to Robert 2nd relating to Owen’s recent Congress. Owen goes on to say that he encloses signed petitions for Rigby to take to the Houses of Parliament.

Owen goes on to say that he has an excellent reply by Mr Hazard, an American attendee of the Congress, to Robert Cooper. Owen asks Rigby to put it [the reply] in the next Investigator. The reply appears to concern Spiritualism. Owen asks Rigby to tell Cooper that Spiritualism is consistent with itself + in accordance with all known facts.
