Manuscript letter giving Rigby instructions to carry out various tasks on his behalf. The tasks include sending Owen an invite to a conference, sending a copy of Robert Owen’s Life to a mutual friend, and making arrangements to advertise the Reasoner and Investigator in the United States.

Owen also tells Rigby that he is glad to learn that he didn’t die in the fog. Owen concludes be telling Rigby that his foot is still painful.
