Manuscript letter which begins with Owen saying that an article by Douglas ? will be a very useful advertisement. Owen goes on to say he was ill after his visit to London.

Owen asks Rigby to give his respects to the John St Committee and give to their members 250 of the Gift.

Owen concludes by saying that things are proceeding much to his wishes and that this will be an important year in his life.
