Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter. Owen begins by telling Rigby that Marheath can do us no good and that a good display in the Illustrated London News would be of more lasting value to the cause. Owen goes on to complain of [George Jacob] Holyoake's comments regarding The Times. Owen concludes by saying he intends to send some more manuscripts to Dr Travis by the next day's post.
