Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Manuscript letter which Owen begins by saying that he recommends no other public notice of the New League than the short advertisement enclosed. Owen asks Rigby to ask Mr Cotter for his account.

Owen says that Mrs Twort is a little better and asks for an explanation about two packs of cards. Owen ends by saying he wishes to communicate with the General Secretary of the Association before a full advertisement is given to the public.
