Also except and reserved unto Urban Sanitary Authority for borough and district of Swansea right to maintain through and under land hereby demised two lines of iron pipes and to use such lines of pipes for passage of water and also full right and liberty at all reasonable times to enter upon said land to inspect condition of and to repair, cleanse and renew said pipes; (ii) will on or before 25 March 1904 at expense of not less than £1000 in good, substantial and workmanlike manner and in accordance with plan and specifications to be prepared and approved by (i)’s architect, surveyor or agent build and completely finish so as to be fit for habitation and use dwellinghouse and premises with enclosure walls, railings or other approved fences and all drains and sewers and water and gas services, roadways, pathways and pavements properly made and connected to satisfaction of (i) or his surveyor or agent and in strict compliance with bye laws and requirements of local sanitary authority or corporation ; Lease, for 99 years, from 25 March 1903, rent £5 yearly, 18 Oct 1905.
