Further charge, for £100, 25 Mar 1869; (i) Edward Mathews Davis, late of Elm Cottage, near Chard, county of Somerset but now of Boulogne Sur Mer, Empire of France, gentleman, to (ii) Mary Nicholl of town of Swansea, spinster: Parts, messuages, tenements, lands, hereditaments and premises comprised in and granted or otherwise assured by recited indenture of 25 Mar 1865 (see D/D SB 16/101) shall henceforth stand charged with and remain security for payment to (i), her executors, administrators and assigns as well as sum of £600 and interest for same pursuant to provisions of said indenture as of further sum of £100 by (ii) as aforesaid and that same shall not be redeemed or redeemable until both said principal sums and interest thereof respectively shall be fully paid and satisfied; Recites deeds, 25 Mar 1865-18 May 1868
