(i) within named John Wesley Pearse and within named George Edward Gordon with (ii) within named David Trevillian Jenkin. Parcels in within written indenture shall be read and construed as not including therein premises delineated on plan drawn thereon and therein cross hatched blue. Rent of £50 per annum reserved by within written indenture shall be reduced to £44 per annum
