Agreement (and counterpart), 1 Feb 1910; (i) Maria Louisa Price, wife of David Price of Port Eynon, clerk in holy orders, Emily Kate Roe of Brooklands, Dunvant, spinster and Florence Adele Roe of same address, spinster, with (ii) David Trevillian Jenkin of The Mirador, Hambrook, county of Gloucester, gentleman: (i), for themselves and their respective executors, administrators and assigns, hereby agree with (ii), his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, that they will whenever requested by him or them so to do surrender relinquish and assure to (ii) or them their right and title to as much as premised demised by lease made 11 December 1849 (see D/D SB 16/67) as may be required by (ii), his lessees, tenants or licensees for mining purposes. And (ii) agrees with (i) that he will on every surrender allow and (i) agree to accept annually in reduction of yearly rent of £90 reserved by said lease for residue of term sum calculated after rate of £4 per acre for so much of said premises as may from time to time be so surrendered, but such sum shall be exclusive of and in addition to any compensation payable to any under lessee or tenant of (i) for loss or damage (if any) sustained by them by reason of exercise of powers for working and carrying away mines and minerals. It is agreed that in respect of land for building purposes sum equal to ¾ parts of rent reserved and to be payable to (i) and remaining ¼ part shall during same period be payable to (ii) and thereafter whole shall be payable to (ii), his executors, administrators or assigns
