Agreement, 23 Jun 1764; Margaret Crawley of Woolleston, county of Gloucester, widow, Edward Matthews of city of Bristol, mariner and Ann, his wife and Deborah Bayley, wife of Henry Bayley of Bath Hampton in county of Somerset, grazier: Freehold and leasehold and other estate and estates, goods, chattels, monies and effects of George Trym, late of Bath in county of Somerset, gentleman, deceased, which parties hereto are interested in estate of said George Trym shall be shared and divided between and amongst said parties and they shall have right and title to same in manner following: said Margaret Crawley, her heirs executors and administrators shall have one third part thereof (whole being divided into three equal parts), said Edward Matthews and Ann, his wife, their heirs, executors and administrators shall have one other third part thereof and said Deborah Bayley, her heirs, executors and administrators or such person or persons as she shall direct or appoint pursuant to power to her reserved before her marriage or by virtue of any other power and authority in her being whatsoever shall have remaining third part thereof
