Agreement (duplicate), 14 Oct 1914; (i) Emily Kate Roe and Florence Adele Roe of Brooklands, Dunvant, spinsters, and (ii) William Walker Holmes, Frederick Eugene Finlayson and Edward Evans, trading as colliery proprietors, at 2, Gloucester Place, county borough of Swansea, with (iii) The Rural District Council of Gower: In consideration of (iii) forthcoming widening of road leading from Three Crosses to Dunvant (i) and (ii) respectively agree that at request and cost of (iii) they will execute to (iii) deed of assignment of portion of land for residue of terms of years respectively for which they respectively hold same.
