Lessees: William Taylor of Altrincham skinner and glover, and Josiah Phethean of Breightmet near Bolton co. Lancs papermaker, executors of Joseph Phethean of Dunham Massey gent dec'd.

Property: a messuage and tenement in Timperley now in the occupation of Thomas Hulme as undertenant, and fields and parcels of land thereto belonging called the Three Crofts, the Sea Croft, the Higher Carr, the Lower Carr, the Middle Carr, the Halt Rudding, the Little Oakes, the Meadow, the Vine Acre, the Marled Croft, the Great Folds, the Little Folds and the Little Mare Brooke (21 a. 26 p.).

Lessees are to hold upon the trusts declared in the will of Joseph Phethean dec'd, dated 29 January 1772.

Rent: £4. Heriot: £3. Consideration: £80.

Surrendered lease: to Joseph Phethean dec'd, [EGR14/2/12/57].

Endorsed with memorandum of consent for the lessees to take to their own use half of all poplars planted, the division to be made by arbitrators, same date.
