Scope and Content

Lessees: Thomas Shaw jun, William Mills and Samuel Grove, all of Bollington yeos.

Property: all tithes of corn, grain, beans, peas, potatoes etc. belonging to Lord Stamford in that part of the township of Bollington lying in Bowdon parish, except tithes arising out of such parts of the Paddocks as belong to Lord Stamford in Bowdon parish and are in his possession.

Term: 7 years from 1 May 1800.

Rent: £25, payable on 25 March and 29 September.

Area of sealing on counterpart excised.
