Says neither the minutes nor Miss Evans' version represent accurately what she said. States what she actually said in representing Mrs Fawcett's views on change of policy (Mrs Fawcett not having herself been present at the meeting). Says that the reports of the meetings with Mr Hodge and Mr Anderson were verbatim, and she does not think that the phrase Mrs Fawcett would have liked to add (to the minutes, although see letter of 11 Oct 1915) was used.
