Morgan says that he had shown the article to a 'very distinguished man' who commented that the story 'had interested him especially as an evidence of Mr Fawcett's sense of humour'. Murray does not think any harm has been done to Henry Fawcett's memory, says that a similar thing happened to him, when an untrue story about his father was published.
