Says the leaders of political movements in India are anxious to give women equal rights. Notes the improvements in various areas affecting women which were in need of reform. Every Congress (party) committee or Conference which had the women's resolution before it passed it unanimously, except Rangoon. The hope to get a deputation to England on the matter the next year, and hope for the help of English women. Manuscript.
