On Dora's wish to wait in town for the baby to be born and go to Coniston afterwards, being further from London because of deceleration and shortage of trains, being closer to the doctor and skilled help in London, the suitability of the apartment for having a baby, the suitability of Gillhead [where Dorrie gave birth to Dora], whether to have the baby at home or in a nursing home, not being able to be with her but that Barbara will be there, it being Dora's choice about the baby, and the weather.
