The document was written on parchment by the notary Gregory Lorn and it is bearing his authentification mark. It is written in a pre-secretary hand with prominent cursive elements. Typical secretary hand letter are: p, open e, h, and occasionally a with an attacking stroke. The first letter is very slightly ornamented.
