Will made by Sir Archibald Calderwood vicar of Cadder wherein he leaves 13 pence annually to St Machans altar, 17 shillings to John of Ackenhead for his lifetime, 2 merks annually out of his place in the Pedagogy of Glasgow to Robert Fostaris chaplain, and 1 merk annually to the mending of the said place and of Robert Fostaris' place at the sight of the dean of faculty of Glasgow, 8 shillings yearly to the Black Friars of Glasgow and to the regents and students of the Pedagogy, and to their collation the said Sir Archibald leaves 8 shillings and his place on the Friar Wall of Glasgow with pertinents out of which an annual rent of 12 shillings was owed to the prior of the Black Friars of Glasgow, the said Archibald also leaves 10 shillings to the curat of Cadder, 20 shillings annually to the Ladies priest of Monkland and 2 shillings of annual to the mending of two bridges. The dean of the faculty of Glasgow is nominated executor and for his labour he is to have an annual rent of 2 shillings.
