Scope and Content

The document was written on parchment by the notary Alexander of Carstairs and it is bearing his authentification mark. It is written in a neat cursive hand with some pre-secretary hints such as the open e and the prominent left-ward curve below h. The first capital letter is ornamented and the first words are in modified bookhand.
