2. Peter Elice of Grayes Inne, gent., Piers Lloyd of Rhydorhwy (sic), and William Parry of Brynhedi[t]h.

#1 to suffer a common recovery with double vouchee of his lands, tenements, etc.* in co. Flint at next Great Sessions to better enable him to prefer any male issue and make jointure for any future wife. #1 conveys messuages in Prestatyn, Meliden, Rhyd and Gwespyr (except messuage in Meliden which he holds for life, at yearly rent, of Richard, Bishop of St Asaph), to uses (specified). *10 messuages, 4 lofts, 10 gardens, 80 acres land, 10 acres meadow, 40 acres pasture, 16 acres bruery, 10 acres moor.
