Scope and Content

1. Sir Roger Mostyn, plaintiff, and Sir Thomas Williams, bart., Henry Williams, John Wynne, Thomas Wynne, William Salisburie and Mary his wife, Griffith Madryn [and] Sydne[y] his wife, and Ellen Wynne, defendants.

2. Sir Thomas Williams, bart., plaintiff, and Sir Roger Mostyn and Thomas Hughes, defendants.

3. Thomas Wynne, plaintiff, and Sir Roger Mostyn, defendant.

4. John Wynne, plaintiff, and Sir Roger Mostyn, defendant.

To avoid considerable expense, the parties 'being all gentlemen of worth and quality and of near alliance' have submit their cases abitrarily to the Lord Keeper. The defendants in #1, ie children of Robert Wynne and their husbands, shall discharge Sir Roger Mostyn of all claims to the estate of Robert Wynne. Decree made previously in this court on behalf of Salisbury's wife's portion is to stand. Recognizance entered into by Salisbury with sureties is to be delivered up and discharged. Sir Roger Mostyn in #2 shall, upon release of errors to be made by Sir Thomas Williams, acknowledge satisfaction on two judgements (which Williams is ordered to cancel) on two bonds between Williams's father and others. Sir Roger Mostyn in #4 shall convey to John Wynne all his title to Bennarth, previously bought by him and one Howell ap Thomas in Robert Wynne's lifetime. Seal (damaged) attached.
