(i) Madoc ap Robert ap Gruffith Fychan of Bromfield, gent.

(ii) John Brereton, son and heir apparent of Edward Brereton, Ellis ap Richard ap Howel, John ap Lewis ap Thomas and Morgan ap Robert ap Gruffith Fychan.

All (i)'s property in the lordship of Bromfield or elsewhere in the Marches of Wales to uses specified in an indenture made between (i) and John Puleston the elder of Wrexham, esq., Ieuan ap Ithel ap David of the county of Flint, gent., Kenrick ap Ieuan ap David ap Ithel of the county of Flint, gent., and Kenrick ap Richard Lewis of Bromfield, gent., dated 20 November 1535.
