(i) Catherine verch Ellis of Abenbury Fechan, co. Denbigh, widow of Mathew ap Gruffith ap Robert.

(ii) Richard Wilkinson of Bedwall, co.Denbigh.

(i) and (ii) agree that Morgan Mathew, son of (i) will marry Dowse, daughter of (ii) and that (i) will then convey to (ii) those parts of her and her late husband's estates as (ii) shall request and (ii) shall pay to her a marriage portion of £33..6s..8d . (ii) also agrees to provide the said Morgan with meat and drink at his house and to support his daughter as to 'back, bed and board' for the next four years.
