He could like her to accept his resignation as Secretary to the League; main reason that his brother who had relieved him as much as he could of business has had to give up work owing to illness. He cannot therefore give as much time as he would like to the work of the League. To replace him he recommends Mr Edmondson if he would give up some of his multifarious engagements for this work.
