Written from Camp Cottage, Wimbledon Common, London SW. Reports that Mr Fowler [who introduced what is known as 'Fowler's Repeal Bill' in 1873 which was not passed] attended their Committee meeting to confer upon Parliamentary action and prospects with regard to his Bill. With the object of encouraging him the Committee suggested that the Northern Counties League should invite him to a Conference before Parliament meets.
