Telegram and follow up letter. Written from Liverpool. She explains the telegram she sent him 'Beseech you don't let Fothergill go with me to the meeting. If he goes I certainly will not go'. Fothergill although a good man is insufferably tedious and boring and is impossible to work with. He is better alone and might go to Scotland as nothing has been done there for the mass of the electors.
