1. Henry Potts of Chester, Esq., eldest son and heir of Charles Potts of the same, Esq., deceased; Charles Potts of Chester, gent., younger son of the said Charles Potts; and Sarah Potts and Anne Potts of Chester, spinsters, daughters of the said Charles Potts deceased.
2. Richard Richardson of Capenhurst, co. Chester, Esq. and Thomas Wedge of Sealand, co. Flint, Gent., executors of the said Charles Potts deceased.
3. Josiah Potts of Ollerton, co. Chester, Gent., surviving trustee of the settlement previous to the first marriage of the said Charles Potts deceased.
Release by #1 to #3 of messuages and lands of the deceased, in co. Denbigh and Flint. Recites the marriage settlement and will of Charles Potts deceased.
