Scope and Content

Manuscript in fair copy of a commentary on Aristotle's Organon by 'Adolphus Lennep', a Jesuit, apparently continued by 'Johannes Christmann Huber', with colophons dated 1614. Although billed as a commentary on Aristotle, the volume begins with a discussion of Porphyry's Isagoge .
