LETTER: James Sparrow, Holyhead to Rev. James Williams, Glangwan, near Caernarvon. He draws his ideas of the description of a carriage that ought to be built for Manby's apparatus, and also gives a written description. The operations from their last meeting are at a standstill as Tom Williams, no.6 has not replied to his letter re. The assent of Hampton to have his name used in the resolution about the boathouse at Rhoscolyn, and other matters concerning the Anglesey lifeboats. He does not propose to oppose either Mr. Ormsby Gore for the borough of Mr. Wynn of Cefyn Amlwch for the county, and therefore does not think it likely that he will visit Glangwa during J.W.'s stay there.
