CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs Yale, Gorphwysfa, Bath, and Mr Richard Barker, Chester, concerning the Disentailing Deed and Deed of Resettlement of the Yale Estate executed in 1851 and given to Col. Yale in 1852. The deeds which dispense with the residence condition should be kept with the other title deeds. Mrs Yale hasn't got the deeds. Mr Barker finally finda them in the possession of Mr Nicholson of Warrington.
