CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs Yale of Park Lane, Bath and Mr Richard Barker of Chester concerning interest payments to Col. Yale's creditors and on the Life Policy, and the raising of a loan for furnishing their new house. There is a reference to the failure to let Plas yn Yale which Mrs Yale regrets because of the expense of running it but she feels that the expense is somewhat counterbalanced by the benefits the house offered to the colonel's health.
