CORRESPONDENCE between Mrs Yale of Gorphwysfa, Bath, and Mr Richard Barker of Chester concerning the proving of the colonel's will. This involves a valuation of his personal estate both at Bath and at Plas yn Yale, and the cashing in of the life insurance policy, the money from which is reinvested in India Railway Stock. Much of the correspondence concerns the valuation of the plate which was settled by Miss Yale's will at Plas yn Yale and concerning which Mr Parry Jones is determined to have his "pound of flesh". Some of the articles listed by Miss Yale are missing and Mr Parry Jones is determined to have them replaced.
