Taylor, the adjutant of the Merionethshire Rifles who lives near Corwen about the Yales intention to let Plas yn Yale. Capt. Taylor mentioned it to Mr Wagstaff who has taken Rhug and he has now asked for particulars of the rent.

REPLY dated 10 Feb. in which Mrs Yale gives particulars of the house which consists of dining, drawing and breakfast rooms, four best bedrooms, and dressing room, two second bedrooms on the second floor, four sleeping rooms for servants, water closet, servants hall, pantry, store room besides various out-buildings. Col. Yale would be prepared to let it for a good period, possibly three years for £150 p.a..
