Letter: Rich. Barker, Chester, to Mrs Yale, Bath

Scope and Content

LETTER: Rich. Barker, Chester, to Mrs Yale, Bath thanking her for her disentailing deed to which he is convinced Mr Corbet Yale has a right. Since it is enrolled and on record there is no danger of her forfeiting her annuity if the original deed should be lost. He agrees that Mr Corbet has no right to retain the half year's rent charge towards payment of the Award though in practice it does not matter much. He agrees that the letters she sent him prove that the condition of residence was waived on the grounds of her health not her late husband's, and he has told Mr Nicholson this.
